LODGE HOLIDAY TERMS & CONDITIONS EXCLUSIVELY FOR ADULTS.

  • A cleaning /key /damage deposit of £75.00 (per couple) is payable on arrival (cash, cheque or card are only acceptable), which will be returned to you after departure providing the holiday home is left in the same condition as found i.e. clean and tidy with no damage. Your inspection is invited before payment of this deposit.
  • NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES PERMITTED
  • Please ensure all debris and left over food etc. is removed or you will incur a deduction from your deposit.
  • Guests are fully responsible for the holiday home and are liable for any damage to the property or its contents. All reservations are accepted on the condition that the accommodation is left clean and tidy and that the hirer will pay for all breakages or damage. Please report any loss, breakage or damage, so that the shortcomings can be corrected prior to the next guests’ arrival.
  • Visitors – Maximum of two visitors per holiday home are welcome, (over 18 years), between 10:00am and 9:00pm at a charge of £10 per person per day, and no pets are permitted. All visitors must report to reception and register on arrival. Any visitors remaining on the park after 9:00pm will be charged a surcharge at £50.00 per person and will be invoiced to the registered hirer at that time. No overnight guests permitted. Accounts not settled on departure, will be invoiced for payment within 14 days and if necessary pursued through the small claims court incurring an administration cost of £100.00.
  • You will be required to vacate your accommodation by 10:00am on the morning of departure to allow time for cleaning.
  • Your arrival will be welcomed from 4:00pm.
  • Holiday Lodges are let and furnished for the numbers specified and no exception can be made except by prior arrangement.
  • One car only is allowed access to the holiday accommodation, the contents of which are left at your own risk. The proprietors will not be responsible for loss or damage thereof or thereto from any cause whatsoever or from negligence of their employees. £15 parking fee per day or part thereof for unauthorised secondary vehicles. No commercial vehicles.
  • The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or accident sustained at Beaconsfield Holiday Park; this includes any accident or personal injury arising from any person using the swimming pool and hot tubs.
  • Cycling – No cycling on the park (outside the security barrier only).
  • Noise & Nuisance – Please be considerate to others by being quiet after 10.00pm.
  • Pets – If you have booked accommodation which allows pets, you will need to bring your own dog basket with you, as dogs are allowed on the clear understanding that in NO circumstances must your dog lie on the bedding or chairs. You must also ensure that your dog does not cause annoyance to other people staying at the Park and must be kept on leads at all times.

Short breaks are:

Monday – Friday (4 nights mid week) or
Friday to Monday (3 nights weekend)

TOURING PARK TERMS & CONDITIONS

Arrival: All guests and day visitors must report to reception on arrival to register. Touring Pitches are available from 1:00pm and must be vacated by 11:00am. We regret that we cannot guarantee any specific pitch but every effort will be made to meet your requirements.

Admission: The proprietors are entitled to refuse admission when this appears necessary in the interests of Park guests.

Dogs: Owners must ensure their dogs do not cause annoyance. They must be on a short lead at all times except in the dog exercise area. All fouling must be cleared (anyone not doing so will be asked to leave the Park). No dogs permitted in facility buildings.

Cars: Only one car per pitch is allowed. You are asked to observe the 5mph limit.

Noise and Nuisance: No cycling on the Park (outside the security barrier only). Please be considerate to others by being quiet after 10:00pm.

Extended Stays: Extended stays until 5:00pm available for £10.00 (Space permitting).

Cancellation

All Deposits paid to Beaconsfield Holiday Park are strictly NON-refundable. This applies to Lodges, Holiday Homes and Touring Pitches.

If you have to cancel your booking, notify Beaconsfield Reception by telephone or email (01939 210 370 – [email protected]), clearly quoting your Booking Reference number.

Your Cancellation is effective from the date we receive your notification.

If you cancel, the following charges will be payable by you to Beaconsfield Holiday Park.
